Sail Caribbean has been operating for over 40 years now and has built a strong community. The amount of students who have joined their crews since 1979 continues to grow and flourish. Founder and Director, Mike, wanted to create a program for teens to experience adventure and leadership development while sailing in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Sail Caribbean has also built a strong connection with organizations and locals on the islands.
