Facilitator & Counselor

Summary Smart college students with high EQ and a love of learning need apply! Join Futures Forge this summer to help us teach smart, motivated high schoolers how to really kick butt in their careers. Coincidentally, you'll learn the same! 6 weeks this summer, from June 10 - July 19. Facilitators live with students on-site and support teaching Futures Forge's curriculum (https://futuresforge.org/curriculum) during two 2-week sessions. The total period of 6 weeks includes a week of intense training before the summer session starts, and a week in-between of adjusting the program based on feedback. The Facilitator & Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling support to students to ensure their physical and emotional well-being is cared for while creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. We'll need you to be full-time available from June 9 - August 2. Room and board is of course covered; compensation is $1000/wk.
